Jane Austen
Jane Austen (16 December 1775 – 18 July 1817) was an English novelist (Wikipedia portal). The author and her works have been represented in popular culture in a variety of forms (Jane Austen in popular culture) and have been translated into many languages. As a result, her works are often used to illustrate issues in bibliographic and cultural heritage metadata.
