This r-ball is a "base" or starter r-ball for the Lang-athon. The base r-ball provides RIMMF examples illustrating topics associated with the treatment of languages and multilingual resources in RDA.
Lang-athon participants may add RDA data to local copies of the base r-ball to demonstrate potential solutions or draw out the issues in more detail. The local r-balls may then be merged to create an augmented r-ball.
