Mult-a-thon
The Mult-a-thon took place on 29 Sep 2016 as part of a seminar on standardisation at Koninklijke Bibliotheek, The Hague, The Netherlands, organized by the Dutch RDA committee.
Scope
During the Mult-a-athon, participants used RIMMF (RDA in Many Metadata Formats) to create entity records associated with Multatuli, the pen name of Eduard Douwes Dekker. The records represent works, expressions, manifestations, persons, corporate bodies, etc. that are associated with Multatuli, including works about him.
The aim was to build upon the Multatuli base r-ball.
Outcomes
The combined curated data from the Mult-a-thon is available in the Mult-a-thon (curated) r-ball.
