The Verne-athon took place at Bibliothèque nationale de France, Paris on 4 May 2016.

The aim was to build upon the Jules Verne base r-ball.

Scope

• The works of Jules Verne. Including, but not limited to:

  • Les Enfants du capitaine Grant
  • L'Île mystérieuse
  • Aventures de la famille Raton (posthumous)
  • Le Secret de Wilhelm Storitz (posthumous)
• In single or multiple expressions
• Carried on: objects, volumes, online ressources, audio-visual material, and everything in between and beyond.

Table topics

Attendees can choose between 7 tables, depending on the topic or work to which they best relate, their favourite type of ressource, and the level of difficulty they are willing to tackle, ie how comfortable they feel regarding the FRBR model and/or RDA instructions.
